If I ship your order and realize it cost less then what you were charged for shipping then yes, you will be refunded the difference.
If you order $20 worth of merch then you will have to pay for shipping to finish the transaction. Then once your order is processed and I see you've spent the correct amount you will receive the refund for the shipping cost.

Shipping times may vary and once a package leaves our hands we cannot be accountable for where it goes to please be aware of your countries custom fees.
All of our international packages are marked as a gift to try to avoid these fees.
Shipping can take between 1-5 days to process and ship. In this time we make sure your item is in stock. If your item is not in stock it may take a few extra days to be made before shipping.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

I've been drawing since I was a young child. It was never a hobby for me. I knew, instantly I wanted art to be apart of my life always!. I studied Graphic Design for 2 years in college. Since then I have launched my business and traveled to various conventions promoting my brand.
I have also done work a few Anime Conventions. My popular cherry blossom design was used during Katsucon's 2012's Artist Alley and I have future work planned for more conventions.

Our products are built to last and I use several of my charms and never had any break. However I understand that many customers have many different needs and there for what works for me may not work well for another.
We recommend being very gentle with your charms. Harsh use may cause damage. If your item breaks. Please use the contact form to send me proof photos. I do not give refunds, but a replacement item can be shipped out free of charge.
This happened a lot recently. Please make sure all your items are secure nice and tight before displaying them.
If you lose your item and would like a replacement, $1-$2 will be removed from the original price of the item depending on how much it originally cost.
This is so that you get an item at a discounted price and to keep people from taking advantage of our kindness, since we really cannot track what you do with your item after you've bought it.
I wouldn't recommend giving small children our jewelry, but our chibi bows look so cute on children!
Most of our sales are done at conventions in Artist Alley where EVERYONE is doing something fan related. I am a big time anime fan and I draw a lot of fan art for fun. I thought it would be kind of cool to actually do something with my fanart.
So that I am not solely relying on fanart to make sales, each piece of fan art related merch is made in very limited quantities.
